Watching Mad Men courtesy of a week trial. That’s all I’m going to need or rather allow myself to indulge in.

Went to a cousin’s wedding last weekend. It was a wonderful time, and it was great to have been there to see two souls vow to live as one.

It’s always a little odd watching a wedding ceremony as a widow. I’m happy for the couple, as I remember how happy I was on my wedding day. The joy was particularly infectious at this occasion. I love being a part of someone else’s celebration of their love.

Been hitting my local Everytable lately. It’s much better than racking up points at my local fast food. Plus, the 25% discount on food that can’t be sold past today means I get to help cut down on food waste.

I’m going to make an effort to write more this season, but I have a couple crochet projects to do too.
